As a Senior Loan Consultant with over ten years in the business I have experienced a wide array of different loan transactions. In that time I have been through extensive training programs with emphasis on qualifying borrowers, tax return analysis, loan processing and mortgage planning. All these experiences including being BRE licensed, NMLS licensed and CMPS certified has given me the knowledge and expertise to provide a 1st class experience for my clients, real estate agents and networking partners.

The ability to align myself with a company like Rate One Financial has been instrumental in giving me the tools and resources needed to help borrowers ranging from an experienced investor to a 1st time homebuyer. As a direct lender and mortgage broker we can offer a wide array of loan programs (conventional, FHA, VA, homepath, reverse mortgages, jumbo and super jumbo) to best suit the needs of our clients.

My goal is to build strong, long lasting relationships one person at a time by educating my clients throughout the loan transaction process. I am helping borrowers create, perhaps, the largest debt of their life and therefore I have a responsibility to help them professionally manage that debt.
